Flag	Description
`--output` / `-o`	Output format: `pretty` (default, styled) or `json` (NDJSON, for scripting)
`--debug`	Enable debug-level logging
`--safe-mode`	Disable env/filesystem functions and skip hooks
`--no-env-prefix`	Remove the `SPECS_` prefix from hook environment variables
